In Between

To exist within the bounds of two entities. This relationship highlights the differences among the three, creating up to six conditions, although similarities may emerge from this state.

From

To come out of an entity or condition, which defines the one descending or extending out of the other, but may not define the home or source. However, the two are most often seen as similar to one another.

Down

To stand, place, or move an element lower relative to another. This condition can be viewed as lesser in some way to the higher object, space, or time. The term defines position and can only exist in relation to another.

Depending On

To rely on an object, action, or person, and one is ascendant to the other, creating a hierarchy. This condition or relationship draws comparison between the two entities, although they are not seen as equal.

Published

But

To exclude one from another. This exception partially defines the one and allows a contrast to the other. This condition can be positive but is often considered negative.

Published

Beside

To stand near and orient to another. This condition draws comparison and contrast, but marks these objects, times, or spaces as having similarities. In this way, the entities become a group, whether equal to or greater than the parts.

Published

Barring

To exclude and remove an entity from another condition where there is a complete and final separation of the two. This exclusion helps define the acting entity but not necessarily the one acted upon.

Published

Atop

To stand directly on and above an object. The condition provides an advantage to the element above and possible concealment for the object below. This position can be either temporary with entities in motion or permanent with inanimate objects.

Published

Aside From

To define an entity by the exclusion or separation from another or others. The two might have similarities but will have differences that allow the classification or disconnection of the entities.

Published

Around

To circle or stand within a boundary, real or abstract, informed by a central point of focus. The center partially defines the object, space, or time that orbits. Movement is implied in the use of the term.
